Meeting and greeting

Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi wears a garland of carnations presented to him by children of the Auckland Indo-Fijian community, including Anokh Singh (foreground). Mr Gandhi asked the children about their families and Indians living in New Zealand, and thanked the Fiji Association for their warm welcome.
