T'ai chi practice, 1995

T'ai chi, a Chinese mental and physical discipline usually practised in the outdoors, is popular with New Zealanders of many ethnicities. Philipe Kwong, Peter Young and Rima McDonald are pictured exercising in a park, warmly dressed for the Wellington winter.
