The Salvation Army Social Policy Unit, 2014

Major Sue Hay is being installed as associate director and Major Andrew Hay as a team member of the Salvation Army's Social Policy Unit. The unit, also known as the Salvation Army Social Policy and Parliamentary Unit, works to eradicate poverty by encouraging policies that strengthen New Zealand's social fabric. Part of this work involves carrying out research into social and economic problems.
