David Eggleton in performance

With his energetic presentation and rich cacophony of phrases, David Eggleton's performances are always popular. Here he performs at the Dunedin Public Library in May 2005 as part of New Zealand Music Month. Eggleton, who is part Polynesian, has been an important presence on the New Zealand poetry scene since the 1980s. He is known as much for his very fine literary reviewing as for his poems, and he became the editor of Landfall literary journal in 2010.
