Māori literature in print

This photo shows some of the most important published collections of Māori literature: the four-volume edition of Ngā mōteatea (1959), edited by Apirana Ngata and Pei Te Hurinui Jonesand one volume of John White's Ancient history of the Maori, together with a CD containing all six volumes that were published between 1887 and 1890, along with illustrations and manuscript material for further volumes.
