Yoga class, Tauranga, 2013

People of every age and physical condition are said to benefit from yoga exercises. This new mother and her baby are taking part in a regular 'mums and babies yoga' class at the Tauranga Yoga Centre in 2013. The centre was the first in New Zealand when it opened in 1975.
