Meeting of education ministers, Bali, 2011

New Zealand Minister of Education Anne Tolley (front row, second from right) joins her counterparts at a meeting of education ministers within the East Asia Summit framework, in Bali, Indonesia, in August 2011. The East Asia Summit, established in 2005, comprised 14 Asian countries plus Australia and New Zealand. The US and Russia joined in late 2011. Tolley said that the meeting allowed New Zealand to participate in education projects around the region.
