First ACC staff

Some commissions of inquiry have led to radical changes. The 1966 commission of inquiry into accident compensation led to the establishment of the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). These are four staff of the Wellington office of ACC, from left Tim Griffin, Jeremy Manks, Laurie Wood and Colleen Hedley, on the office's first day of operations in 1974.
