Neil Churcher, the minister of Dunedin's Knox Church, leads communion alongside church elders Janet Sym Elder and Lyndall Hancock in 1989. Churcher wears the white ecumenical alb and a cross, rather than the traditional black Genevan preaching gown and dog collar.
