Mothers returning to work

Dr Ee Kheng Ang studied mothers' experiences returning to paid work for her doctoral thesis. Her study, which included women in their 40s and 50s, found that some had to start at the bottom of the career ladder again, and that they were slow to progress to higher-level positions.
