Russian adoptions

New Zealanders could adopt Russian children from 1992. Adoptions were facilitated by agencies accredited by the Russian Ministry of Education. This is Auckland woman Sarah Morton playing with her adopted Russian son Alexander (aged 20 months) in 2007.
