Glass-blowing workshop, Rotorua

Glass-blowing workshop, Rotorua

Ron van der Vlugt was born in Rotorua, studied glass-blowing in the US and Japan, and then set up the de Flute Studio and Gallery in his home town. There he makes and sells one-off glass bowls, sculptures and other objects. The de Flute Studio is an example of a recent type of workshop industry based on a creative activity.
