Orientation week, University of Otago

Around New Zealand the university year begins in February–March with an orientation week to introduce students to campus life. The University of Otago in Dunedin is the oldest of the four original universities. Tertiary institutions have since proliferated and the traditional universities have lost their monopoly over advanced education.
