Viaduct Basin

In the late 1990s Auckland’s Viaduct Basin was rapidly transformed into the centre of the America’s Cup yacht races. The harbour’s perimeter was lined with chic restaurants, apartments and a spacious promenade. Popular with both lunchtime and evening crowds, the area revitalised the city’s waterfront.
