Rabbiters’ haul at Millers Flat

Rabbits have plagued Otago sheep runs for many decades, but they also provided an opportunity for rabbiters. Jim Waihou, Jack Walker, Bill Smith, Bill Faigan, Sam McLelland, Jack Sheehy and Ollie Hall inspect a day’s bag at Millers Flat, Central Otago, early in the 20th century.
