Political gathering, Greymouth

Political gathering, Greymouth

Revington’s Hotel in Greymouth welcomes visiting Irish nationalist politicians, probably in 1889, with the Gaelic words ‘Cead Mille Failthe’ (a hundred thousand welcomes). The building to the right of the hotel is the public reading room and the Greymouth School of Mines.
