Hackfall's Arboretum, East Coast

New Zealand’s largest collection of oak species is at Hackfall’s Arboretum, on a sheep station at Tinorito, near Gisborne. There are over 3,000 plant species there, with many varieties of alders, oaks, cherries, magnolias and maples.
