Innovation in wool technology

Researchers continue to find innovative uses for wool, and improve techniques for processing woollen products. The Canensis wool research laboratory at Lincoln has developed pioneering yarn technology to spin wool into single-strand lightweight yarns. The resulting fabric is light, easy care, comfortable to wear and requires no chemical processing. It is ideal for producing top-quality fabrics for the apparel industry.
