UCOL graduates

The Whanganui regional community college, the first tertiary educational institution in the city, opened in 1984. Renamed Whanganui UCOL (Universal College of Learning) in 2002, it moved into new premises in 2008. These nursing and fashion students are celebrating their graduation outside the new building in April of that year.
