Musterers’ hut

Pleasant Gully Hut is on the Four Peaks station, near Geraldine in South Canterbury. The hut was once used as a base when mustering sheep from the surrounding hills. Today it has been transformed into a comfortable shelter for trampers on the farm’s walkway – who still sleep in bunks around an open fire.
