A lot of fishing is done from boats. Anglers in boats can tow metal lures (trolling) or wet flies (harling). They can also anchor the boat, and fish with wet flies on sinking lines by casting and retrieving the flies, or (if they are spin fishing) casting and retrieving metal lures. These anglers on Lake Alexandrina are fishing for rainbow trout in around 5 metres of water.
