Glenbrook War Memorial Hall (2nd of 2)

Glenbrook War Memorial Hall

Glenbrook’s hall is typical of the many country halls which were built in the early 1950s with the assistance of a pound-for-pound subsidy from the government. Glenbrook is on the Waiuku river south of Auckland, and was later the site of a steel mill.
