Story: Beef farming

Belgian Blue bull (1st of 3)

Belgian Blue bull

The double-muscling characteristic of the breed is clearly seen in this Belgian Blue bull. This trait results in a finished carcass with a high meat yield. This bull is white with a black head and neck, but Belgian blue cattle can be white, blue (grey), or blue roan.
