The value of different products from a slaughtered    animal

This pie chart shows the different products from a sheep or cattle beast slaughtered for meat, and their part of the animal’s export value. Meat is by far the most valuable portion – other products make up only about 15% of the value. This does not include wool taken from live sheep.
