This flower-shaped diagram was used by MindNet, an electronic newsletter produced by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand. It shows that the foundations of mental health are found both inside the body, for example in physical and spiritual conditions, and also outside it, in environmental, historical, economic and other factors.
