Baritone Bryan Drake is pictured with fellow soloists, the Dunedin Choral Society and 4YA Concert Orchestra at a 1947 performance of Mendelssohn's oratorio Elijahat the Dunedin Town Hall in 1947. The following year Drake made his operatic debut.
