Story: Disability and disability organisations

Soldiers disabled because of the First World War learn wool classing as part of their rehabilitation into society. During the war more than 1,000 New Zealand men had limbs amputated, while others suffered sensory loss or experienced shell shock (posttraumatic stress disorder) and related disabilities. Some ended the war with multiple disabilities.
