The Radio Record, 19 May 1933

These pages from The Radio Record of 19 May 1933 show the YA station programmes for Tuesday 23 May. YA stations tended to aim at a 'middle brow' audience, with mostly light classical music but some brass band and novelty items. The YA stations also carried talks (lecturettes), sports results, children's programmes, weather forecasts and a very limited news service.
