Students at Youth Parliament

A Youth Parliament is organised annually in which young people chosen from around New Zealand substitute for every member of Parliament. It helps young people learn about New Zealand’s parliamentary democracy, including its rules and procedures. This is the sitting of the Youth Parliament in 2004.
