Story: Historic earthquakes

Famous cows

One of the most famous images from the Kaikōura earthquake was of cows stranded on a tiny patch of grass in the middle of a landslide on a Clarence farm. They were rescued by their owner and their plight was later turned into a children’s book (Moo and Moo and the Little Calf too).
