Trevor Rogers' private members' bill

This clip discusses the Technology and Crimes Reform Bill introduced to Parliament by National MP Trevor Rogers in 1995 to prevent New Zealanders' access through the internet to pornography and information useful to terrorists. The bill was not successful.
