The New Zealand-based company PGG Wrightson has invested strongly in the expansion of dairy farming in Uruguay. It uses New Zealand farmers to manage the farms and introduce techniques to boost production. As this clip from a 2008 episode of television programme Country calendar shows, the sharing of knowledge flows both ways.
