Waitangi Tribunal critic Winston Peters

As a National Party MP, Winston Peters (Ngātiwai) was an outspoken critic of the role played by the Waitangi Tribunal in New Zealand society. In this clip from a 1989 television interview he talks about his opinion of the chair of the tribunal.
