Story: Muldoon, Robert David

Television interview

Muldoon became an expert at manipulating the new medium of television, often talking over interviewers and directly to the camera. This 1976 interview with Simon Walker, about Muldoon’s allegation that Russian missiles were a threat to New Zealand, is a memorable example of his style.
