Skeptics' protest

In January 2010 the New Zealand Skeptics group organised a mass overdose on homeopathic remedies in Christchurch's Cathedral Square. The group hoped to demonstrate that homeopathy was ineffective, so pharmacists should not stock the remedies. For their part, homeopaths argue that it is not possible to overdose on the remedies because of the way they are made.
