Jeff Kennedy, a legendary pioneer of New Zealand's café culture, talks about his Wellington café and coffee-roasting business, both called Caffe L'affare, in 1991. The nationwide network of small coffee-roasting companies is a recent type of workship industry that shows no signs of decline.
