Workforce productivity

The video ‘Productivity – working for you?’ was produced by the Council of Trade Unions (CTU) in 2009 as part of its campaign to lift the average productivity of the New Zealand workforce. In this segment the CTU’s economist, Peter Conway, explains why unions and employers are combining to improve productivity relative to other countries.
