Dr Ian Prior was an energetic and relentless campaigner for worthy causes, particularly nuclear disarmament, conservation, and better treatment for Pacific people in New Zealand. Here he outlines his anti-nuclear policy during a 1985 satellite call with other doctors in the Pacific region. His retirement from medicine led to a sharp increase in his activist activities.
