Aucklander Rose Matafeo began performing stand-up comedy when she was 15 and went on to also become a television and film writer and actor in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Her stand-up show Horndog won the prestigious best comedy show award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2018.
