Leaving Buckingham Palace

Noel Pharazyn was awarded the Military Cross in November 1918 and received the decoration at Buckingham Palace in March 1920. He is shown leaving the palace with his wife Lydia (second from left) and her aunt, the artist Frances Hodgkins (left).
