These are a few of the many publications of Michael Kelly. He was originally employed by the Historic Places Trust (now Heritage New Zealand) and the Department of Conservation, but in 1997 he became a freelance consultant. He mainly works preparing heritage reports and conservation plans for local bodies and government agencies.
