Nathan Haines, Queenstown, 2011

One of the most exciting New Zealand jazz musicians in the 21st century, saxophone player Nathan Haines, is seen with the Dream Band on Jazz Night at the Skyline Complex in Queenstown in 2011. The son of Auckland jazz bassist Kevin Haines, Nathan started playing with his father and brother Joel at international jazz festivals in New Zealand in the 1980s. He then worked in New York and London, and has since played with many of the world's greatest musicians.
