Polish dance

The Lublin Polish Dance group, shown performing, was formed in Wellington in 1981 by Polish dance teacher Jacek Śliwiński after he emigrated to New Zealand. Many of the members were the sons and daughters of Polish refugees who had come to New Zealand as children in the 1940s.
