The Sollertinsky Trio, 2013

In 2013 the Auckland-based Sollertinsky Trio won Chamber Music New Zealand's annual NZCT Chamber Music Contest for secondary schools, performing Shostakovich's Piano Trio No. 2, movements 2 and 4. The group comprised Ray Ong (violin), Matthias Balzar (cello) and Delvan Lin (piano). They each won $2,000.
