Te Ara o Tainui exhibition 1998

The exhibition shown here at the Waikato Museum in Hamilton was developed by a museum curator Barbara Moke working closely with Tainui kaumātua and kuia. The involvement of local iwi in museum activities was one of the results of the success of the international Te Māori exhibition of Māori art.
