Algae room, Cawthron Aquaculture Centre

Algae technician Cara McGregor is seen at work in the algae room at the Cawthron Aquaculture Centre, Glenhaven, Nelson. The algae team at the centre carried out research into algae production, including growing algae for commercial shellfish operations. The team also carried out research into harmful algal blooms.
