Kiwiblog and Public Address

Kiwiblog and Public Address are two of the most influential political blogging sites in New Zealand. Kiwiblog was created as the personal blog of David Farrar in 2003. He is closely aligned with the National Party and presents a lively perspective from the political right. In 2014 it was attracting about half a million visitors a month. Public Address, another highly popular site, is a community of blogs by different writers led by the founder, Russell Brown. It includes much coverage of social and cultural issues such as music as well as politics.
