Maggie Barry and Kim Hill on Good morning New Zealand, 1987

Maggie Barry (left) and Kim Hill were for a short time presenters on the National Programme's news show Good morning New Zealand (later Morning report) in 1987. The media of the time noted that it was the first time that two women were the main presenters on the long-running show. Both went on to long careers in broadcasting. Kim Hill was still working for Radio New Zealand in 2014, hosting a show on Saturday mornings.
