Taiao, 1990 (2nd of 3)

Taiao, 1990

Auckland-based Taiao toured throughout New Zealand, performing and holding workshops and classes. The group was sometimes seen as a direct descendant of the pioneering Māori dance group Te Kanikani O Te Rangatahi. Taiao existed for 10 years – a significant achievement in the dance world.
