Different choirs: Young@Heart

The NZ Young@Heart Chorus is based on a similar chorus in the United States, and consists of singers over the age of 70 who specialise in contemporary rock and pop music, including songs by the Black Eyed Peas, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and One Direction. The New Zealand chorus was set up in Auckland in 2010, and made its debut performances in 2012 to capacity audiences.
